Jon Francis Patka

He passed away peacefully at Highline Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on September 2, 2015. 

Jon was born on April 23, 1941 to Carl and Leone Patka. He is survived by his daughter, Tamara Eyler (Greg Kasper), his grandson Dylan Perkins Patka, his brother Chuck Patka, sisters Laverne Casini (Gus) and Janet Belmont (Bruce) as well as numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly and loved being around his charisma. He is preceded in death by his son Hugh Patka and sister Marilyn Patricelli both in 2009.

Jon attended Franklin High School in Seattle and Central WA University prior to serving in the US Army. Jon spent the rest of his life working in the construction field retiring as a driver for Sellen Construction.

Jon made a huge impact on all of us, had a heart of gold and touched many lives. His smile and laughter were contagious. He will be dearly missed by his family and his friends.
