Mary L. Martin

         Mary L. Martin, 98, died October 2, 2015 in Seattle from natural causes. Mrs. Martin was born February 22, 1917 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. She has lived in Seattle since the mid 1940’s.  Mrs. Martin retired from the United States Postal Service. She was a long time member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.  She is survived by her son Luther S. Martin and her daughter Linda D. Martin both of Seattle, Washington. She is also survived by two sisters, Flora Gibbs of California and Uria Bell Sanders of Oklahoma and many nephews and nieces.  A viewing and memorial service will be held on October 20.  For details on the service please call 206-781-6997 x108 and ask for Kate.  A private graveside service for the family will follow.
