Alexander Jerome Hok was born January 14, 1992 in Seattle, Washington, and passed away September 2, 2017 in North Seattle. He is survived by his parents Leiah Munsey and Duke Swink; stepfather Brett Munsey and stepmother Diana Mehegan; siblings Max Brooks and Juno Brooks; step sisters Selina Munsey, Natasha Brooks, and Ariel Brooks; Grandmother Charlotte Barker and Grandfather Jerome Hok; Aunts Robin Bier, Tonia Lenk, and Tisha Bagley; Uncles James Swink, Michael Kennedy, David Ryan; many cousins, and his true love and soul mate Juliette Dootson. Alex was an aspiring rap artist and had just released his new album, Ocean Guru. He was a giant in stature and lived larger than life, with great ambition and a taste for the good life. He was striving to excel and make a career for himself in the music industry. Alex was a rebel and a bit of an outlaw, but fiercely loyal to those that he loved. He especially adored his younger siblings Max and Juno. He will be greatly missed by all of us in the years to come- a flame that burned so brightly and was extinguished much too soon. So we say, not goodbye but see you soon!

Private family services will be held. If you would like to make remembrances for Alexander, in lieu of flowers please donate to Seattle Milk Fund. They provided a grant for child care expenses when Alex was a little one so his mom could go to college. http://www.seattlemilkfund.org/donate/

Please share your memories of Alex by signing his online guest book.
