Maya Wati

Maya Wati, 72, passed peacefully on 28th of March, 2018 at Highline Hospital, Burien after prolonged illness.

She is survived by her two sons (Ajay, Vijay) two daughters (Ranjana, Arti), two daughter in laws (Asha, Arishma), two son in laws (Mul, Anit) her two granddaughters (Ashley, Ayusha), her 4 brothers and 3 sisters. She has now joined her late husband, Suran and her late parents Beni Shankar and Hubraji.

She moved to USA in 2000 from Fiji Islands. Cooking and feeding her loving family and friends was what she enjoyed the most. She showed great hospitality towards those she met and everyone adored her.

A great and loving mother, grandmother, aunt, mother-in-law and friend, who has always been a pillar of strength in our family. Always spreading positive vibes wherever she went giving us strength and happiness.

Maya was a kind hearted soul whose memories will remain in everyone’s heart forever.
