Teofilo Dalgo Soria, “Fil” was born on November 3, 1935 in San Pedro, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.  He passed away November 28, 2016  in Ambabaay, Bani, Pangasinan, Philippines.  He is survived by his wife Rosita Soria and children Ric Soria, Teofilo Soria Jr., Ronnie Soria and Rivalyn Patrick, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grand children.
