Our beloved Andrew has joined his heavenly family that he had been missing for quite some time. Andrew was loved and cherished by all that crossed his path. To say he will be missed by all is an understatement. He would light up any room by his presence, laughter, and handsome looks.
One of Andrew’s greatest joys in life was making everyone around him feel happy and wanted. His friends were his people as he would say. Andrew was a phenomenal athlete, and any and all sports he tried just seemed to come naturally. As a high school freshman, he was playing varsity in all sports. He was an avid hockey player and from the time he could walk he was on skates and skis. That love continued into his adult years playing hockey and skiing in the Cascade Mountains. Andrew led his life with passion and love, and that is what brought him to the West Coast. After those 8 years, it was apparent that Andrew considered Seattle his home.
His passion for the outdoors was what gave him the most joy. Whether it be extreme downhill skiing, boating or finding the nearest rope swing, Andrew had a love for mother nature and all it had to offer. As someone with a curious mind and personality, he would find himself engulfed in new projects, and hobbies only stopping when he mastered it.
Andrew’s love for travel and trying new things led him throughout the US and many other countries, such as Europe, the Caribbean and his most memorable trip being Costa Rica. Andrew’s greatest love of all would be his love for all animals especially his bunnies, Pickles and Happy. His animals were a big part of his life, and brought him tremendous solace.
It would not be uncommon to see Andrew in a flashy Audi, Land Rover or Porsche or whatever car he seemed to be driving. Sunglasses on, windows down, music blasting, just driving wherever the road took him. Our greatest wish is that Andrew is at peace, celebrating life with his family and friends. For those who knew Andrew, we ask that you celebrate his life in your own way, and remember the genuine person that he truly was.
