Brenda Lee Lam was born in Seattle, Washington on August 1,1967 and was sadly taken at age 53 on March 31,2021. She was happily married on November 3,1984 to Douglas Kwong Kay Lam, who passed on August 23,2006. They were lovingly devoted to each other for 23+ years before Douglas' passing. Together they shared three surviving children; Candice Le Ann Lam, Travis Deshawn Lam, and Deion Anthony Lam Sr. Brenda also leaves behind two grandchildren, eleven year old Khalia Aneese McCraney, and six month old Deion Ericson Lam Jr. Her last immediate surviving family is her step-father Donald Johnson, step-sister Jordan Johnson and her eldest sister Lloydena Walsh.
Brenda worked as a pre-school teacher for over ten years, then changed her career to a home healthcare provider. She loved taking road trips with her husband Douglas and her three children to light bonfires at Ocean Shores or explore the trails at Denny Creek. After her husband's passing she enjoyed spending her time with her grandchildren and three dogs, Bosco, Nelly, and Lola. They would either swim near Martha Washington Park or hiking the trails at Kubota Gardens. Brenda had a big heart and loved animals especially dogs, but she also loved all the neighborhood kids who she was like a second mother to. She will be missed by all who knew her and what a big heart she had.
