She is survived by her two children, David Pellegrini and June Bullert, as well as three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Doris was married to her deceased husband, Paul, for 54 years. Residing in the Seattle area her entire life, she was a devout Catholic who presided as President of the Providence Marianwood Senior Living Board of Directors and was the first recipient of their annual Spirit Award. Doris worked with youth as a teaching assistant at Mercer Island High School and Cleveland High School. At Cleveland, students selected her as Teacher of the Year. Doris loved God, her family, and her friends. She brought joy to all of the lives that she touched.
