Dear friends
Last night at 9:15 pm the man we knew and loved as Keith Wiltse left us behind as he started his next adventure. His passing was peaceful with his wife and three daughters at his bedside and his son joining him by the miracle of modern technology. He was cared for at home for the shortest of ten days while we showered our beloved husband, father, grandpa and friend with love, laughter, stories and prayers.
The toy maker and faithful servant who brought his quiet joy, his quick smile and a helping hand will be sorely missed by more people than we can count or may ever realize. He didn’t ever really know about a deadly virus or the toll it’s taken on bodies, hearts and souls in this crazy time, but if he had he may have figured that heaven may have been a much better place to continue to be to spread his goodness and joy.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date. We ask that in the coming days, months and years that when you grieve for our beloved Keith that you perform a random act of service or kindness to a neighbor or anyone in need of help or joy. As long as he is remembered in this way, his ways, he will live on in all of us for eternity.
Amen
