Rose Foster

Mrs. Rosa “Rose” Foster passed away 12th January 2021 at Virginia Mason Hospital, Seattle Washington. Her husband James “Jim” Foster was by her side and held her hand as she left this world to be with our Lord and Savior.

Her funeral service is being held at 6:00 pm at Columbia Funeral Home & Crematory Saturday January 16th, 2021.

Our beloved Rose was born August 30, 1928 city of Carigara, Island of Leyte in the Philippines. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 49 years, James Foster. Her beautiful life will be forever cherished in the lives of her family and son David Kougl, daughter-in-law Carol Kougl, grandchildren: Tanya Trotter and Shawn Kougl, and one great grandchild Lorelai. She has one surviving brother, Pastor Amiscua, wife Mimi. Nieces and Nephews: Angelito Del-Mundo, Reynaldo Amiscua, Andrilu Amiscua, Angela Amiscua, Anna-Louise Amiscua, Paulina Amiscua, Tina Jackson, Margarita Nakaya, Joanna Amiscua, Sharyn Zapata Schroder, PJ Amiscua and Marc Amiscua. Great Nieces: Nicole Sams, Jonna-Louise Bergevin Reid, Raymont Calonzo and Kathryn Schroder. Great-Great Nieces and Nephews: Travis Bergevin, Grayson Sams, Renley Sams and Raine Reid. A Special Cousin: Emegio Beronilla, wife Agnes and their children Emily Pascual, Ema Beronilla and Junior Beronilla plus 9 great-great nieces and nephews.

Rose was devoted God Mother of Angelito Del-Mundo & Tina Jackson

Rose had many treasured friends and friendships over the last 92 years. A special friendship of over 50 years was with her sister-in-law Marjorie Owensby.

If you knew Rose, you know she fiercely loved her family, her piano and the casinos!!!
