Ruby Sibayan Cacal

Ruby Sibayan Cacal passed away surrounded by family at the Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue Washington on January 26th 2022. Ruby was born to Rolando Obusan Cacal and Rebecca Dodimas Sibayan, in Tamuning Guam on Nov 20, 1973 but soon returned with her parents to the Philippines. Several years later after returning to Guam for work she met her loving husband Steve Niemoth and they married on March 8th 2017 in the small town of SanManuel, Pangasinan - Philippines. Ruby was a very loyal and hard working person as she followed her husband Steve on new adventures all over the United States making new friends along the way. She was a very loving, caring, and joyous person that brought happiness everywhere she went and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting her.

Ruby is survived by her mother Rebecca, sister Renee Rose, two brothers Ranil and Rolando Jr., her five children Joeby, Trixia, Kaile, Kennard, Elpidio - two step sons Daniel & Ronald as well as her four grandchildren Cristel, Isabella, Gianna, EJ-Tyrone.

Ruby was preceded in death by her father Rolando Obusan Cacal and sister Rowena Cacal.

Services will be held at Columbia Funeral Home from 3pm-5pm on February 4, 2022. Ruby will be returning to her family in the Philippines where she will be laid to rest
